Thank you for your continued interest! We are proud to announce that the UBD135 roof bolter—specifically engineered for roof bolting operations in mine roadways within non-blasting environments—has briefly arrived at our dedicated warehouse facility.
These four "underground beasts"—which integrate drilling, resin injection, and roof bolting functions into a single unit—are currently undergoing final outbound preparations. Soon, they will traverse vast distances to Russia, where they are tasked with executing highly challenging mining operations in extreme cold-weather regions! Before they embark on this Arctic expedition, let’s take a closer look at this piece of hardcore machinery.
Core Advantages: Why Is It Up to the Challenge of Russia’s Extreme Cold?
Robust Protection: Fearless in Extreme Environments

The vehicle features a fully enclosed hood design, providing comprehensive, secure, and reliable "armor-grade" protection for its internal power, transmission, hydraulic, and electrical systems. This effectively shields the machinery against the ravages of extreme cold and harsh operating conditions.
The electrical system utilizes high-quality components from world-renowned brands such as Siemens and Schneider Electric. This not only ensures exceptional reliability but also guarantees a long service life, even when operating in extreme environments.
The system comes standard with multiple safety features—including ground fault protection, phase sequence protection, motor overload protection, and engine fault alarms—providing a robust safety net for high-intensity operations.
Equipped with an engine that meets international emission standards, the machine delivers stable and reliable power output.

Compact and Agile: Conquering Complex Roadways
Despite housing immense power, the machine features an exceptionally compact structure and agile maneuverability, making it ideally suited for construction operations within confined spaces.
The vehicle chassis employs an ingenious "variable-width axle" design—wider at the front and narrower at the rear.
When combined with its tire-based four-wheel-drive system, this design significantly enhances the vehicle's turning stability while ensuring excellent passability through narrow mine roadways.

    Powerful Drilling: One-Step Bolting Solution
The equipment is outfitted with a high-quality, imported rock drill. This unit boasts a suite of impressive, hardcore features, including exceptional resistance to bending stress, rapid drilling speeds, and minimal wear on drilling tools. The anchoring mechanism features exceptional versatility and is equipped with a high-strength thrust pin; its bolt magazine is height-adjustable, allowing it to effortlessly accommodate bolts of varying lengths.
This unit is fully compatible with both resin-grouted anchor bolts and friction-type (split-set) anchor bolts, and can be optionally fitted with a robotic mesh manipulator to meet specific operational requirements.
It features a precision-positioned telescopic drill boom and a three-position anchor head assembly. The drill boom utilizes a square-section structural design, offering high strength and superior vibration-          damping capabilities to ensure highly efficient and precise operations.
Stable Hydraulics: Precise and Intelligent Operation

The robust hydraulic system employs a three-pump configuration with clearly defined functional divisions, ensuring stable flow output and exceptional resistance to external interference.
Drilling operations are managed via a fully hydraulic anti-jamming system and direct hydraulic controls; this design significantly simplifies the hydraulic circuitry, making routine maintenance relatively convenient—even in extremely cold environments.
The system comes standard with anti-jamming, anti-dry-drilling, and automatic retraction functions, effectively boosting drilling efficiency while minimizing wear and tear on drilling tools.
